End of July and the farmer’s birthday

Tough to believe that it is already the end of July. School starts in one month. School related emails have started to appear with greater frequency. Soon it’ll be a crazy deluge of mostly useless messages.
Today is the birthday of my dairy farming friend. We’ve fallen out of touch, which is unfortunate, but our paths will cross again I’m sure. In hopes that he or any of his kids ever visits this blog, “hello!” … leave a note. I’d love to hear from any of you.
Today is golf day and I’m looking forward to improving on my worst score ever from last week.
Thanks to C., I was reminded to take the annual survey for “people who make websites.” If you do, you should too.
Image: My Catmint and pet grass is growing well. The cats sure do love the stuff. Here are some pictures of the vegetables growing on my deck.

I need to you teach me the finer points of pot gardening. We’ve got a nice little screened-in porch now that would be good for growing something…of course, probably not this year…
Hey! I have been keeping up with you through this blog. Very interesting information. We think of you often. Went on a canoe trip on the 27th, had great fun. Note our new email address. Love ya Shelsta
Ahoy! and stuff.
