If we are what we think, then I need to be medicated. I have some seriously crazy thoughts. For me it is my actions that keep the influence of the thoughts at bay. As my mom always said, we are what we do and we say who we want to be. So where does thought come into it? Hmmm. Though blogs and writing give good life to those thoughts.
